Why Businesses Fail

A business is beyond buying and selling of commodity or exchange of good and services.

A good idea could not make a good business. Many good ideas have failed because of lack of business structures.

A business is a system built around an idea that generates income consistently on a progressive manner. This definition is so deep that on a facial or shallow level, it’s hard to grasp the full intent of it.

There are several business running and generating mega returns on daily basis yet most people can’t figure out how such money is being generation because there is no physical goods and exchange.

Average business survives only for 5 years after which the owner of the business start to struggle.

Judging from my case study, one major cause of this failure is not passion or commitment. Passion is very essential in building great organisation but can also be the worst deceptive of all emotion.

Your ability to know the stage where passion should be introduced is sign of the longevity of your company and idea.

Once an idea is conceived, the easiest thing to do is to act while the hardest thing to do is question what will be of it in this next 3 decades?

Questioning the future of the idea will help greatly in adopting a business model that is sustainable and replicable.

Be willing to share.

Business cannot be run by one man. You can start as a man but the timeline is to develop a team you can delegate to. Your sight is to focus on the vision and values that will guide you through.

Most business men are just busy rotating the wheels because they are engrossed in the business and can’t see what’s going on, in the business.

Any business that can’t start alone without you is busyness and there is a limit to that.

We advise you set the various parameters from Day one of the various aims that can make this vision come through. There is always a different parts makes up the whole and it’s your role to coordinate the parts towards the actualization of the idea.

What if I don’t have the resources to hire?

Who should I hire?

How do I know a good idea?
